My co workers and I went during happy hour. The place was pretty packed and I understand that they were busy. Our waitress never introduced herself just started asking what drinks we wanted. I ordered a glass of moscato and my glass was dirty. There was someone's lipstick stain still on the glass. The young lady took my glass and brought me a new one but it looked like it was less in the glass then before. I was so excited to stop in today for happy hour. It will be my last time. I have never sat at the bar where the bartenders never make eye contact with their customers, or checked to see if you need anything. We waited 40 minutes for our appetizers, while others that ordered after us were served. When they did bring out our order, I over heard that it had come out from the kitchen, and no one knew where it belonged. Chicken Quesadilla was soggy from setting for so long. Just getting our check was an ordeal. Disappointing!
I like this place, have been several times. Last night I got the bruschetta, it was good except what in the world is up with that giant martini glasses they serve it in? That is about the dumbest presentation I've ever seen. It's next to impossible to actually eat out of it when it's at your head level. Please, lose the lettuce Fuller at the bottom and put it on a plate or in a bowl, that cheap dollar store joke of a martini glad has got to go.
Burger night is always great, a bit busy but worth the wait, timely service and great wait staff keeps us coming back
This was my 1st time going! Waitress was super nice and friendly but my food came out cold and was too hungry to complain. It wasn't busy at all so didn't know why when the 2 ladies that were with me got salad. I might give it another try...
