James was the best waiter, drinks were delish, food wad delivered hot and tasty to our table of 25 people, he was a delightful gentleman.

My favorite bar sinking to least favorite!😠 Took twenty minutes to get waited on and the drinks can not be called adult beverages, more like kid juices!
Wow! After serving for so many years and bartending I have extreme understanding and patience when it comes to the service industry. What I don't have is any clue how someone so rude can be in the industry. I'm also amazed this uses the popular bar Louie name because this location has not held up to it's predecessors. Very disappointing.
Been to this location in st-charles maybe four or five times since the summer time. I've had a good reception each time that I've gone. A couple times my daughter and her friends have joined me and the servers have been really attentive and pretty prompt. There is a young lady that works at the front name Kiki very pleasant very Charming. A great hostess and very people-friendly. Was just there last night around happy hour so I expect a long wait but it wasn't as long as they said it was going to be God's eat it our servers ... read more
It's an over priced Applebees... Applebees would have been a better choice. My chicken was over cooked. Appetizer was crazy small for the price. The only good thing was my husband's tots.
Service and food can be hit or miss. One time everything is excellent and the next it is bad. Very inconsistent.
Waitress was outstanding place was hoppin will come back loved the burger bourbon style pot stickers this is my favorite place fun people hang out there.
