Service was the worst I ever experienced. EVER! I never do reviews but my experience needed to be public. I'm very accommodating when it's a bit over crowded. I was there an hour and didn't get water and was NEVER asked if I wanted food! I was with a large party if 3 tables and yes I came later however, I would attempt to get the servers attention and when I ordered my drink, he never came back with it! I requested it from another server...and IT was wrong. Left and went to a drive thru!!!
The Birthday Bash For Bar Louie Was Awful!! I went to the Fortho Worth Location As Well and it was Awful as well the Live Music was Terrible At Both Locations!! The wait staff was very little meaning not enough to cater to the crowd properly!! I won't go back to either location until the Venue is revamped I think it has potential but feel IT'S losing a lot of money due IT'S short comings to accommodate the patrons!!
Drinks were pretty good! Bartender not so much. Splashed me and my friend mutiple times with ice and water while she was using the Martini Shaker and never apologized or moved back when it was obvious by our body language and faces that she was hitting us. �
My first time there yesterday and I witnessed my friends not getting their food nor drinks. The waitress was overwhelmed and needed help. It was so ridiculous. Not sure I will go back there.
