Wow horrible service. Couldn't even get my water. The food was cold, not enough waitresses. When I told the waitress about the horrible service she said we are busy, that's it.never again

Always get great service from Mike...he's always very friendly and attentive. Bar Louie is a great place for a late night drink and good food.
The customer service is horrible. The managers do not put customers first and do not care. I ordered the wing appetizer and I asked for all flats. I was told it comes half and half. I was fine with that. When my order came it was 2 flats and 8 drum sections. I asked the waitress to give me what she stated. She took my order to the back and was sent back from the manager staying. No, I could not get it. I talked to the manager and both me and the waitress stated what I was promised. She still refused. I won't be returning.

The bartender was awful..slow to service both sides of the bar...was there for the Cowboys/Packer game...Haven't been in a while for that reason..slow and not friendly bartenders..you have to be a people person to work a bar and not be mad at the world..You would think the Manager would come out once in a while to check on everything.....won't be back...I'll go to Boomer Jacks or Pluckers..
Secluded nice and subtle. Food was great drinks where great. Just needs a better music choices. Other than that the waitress was prompt n nice. Very good experience. Will definitely go again.
It was ok, this time our service was alright but the bartenders suck. No sense of urgency, always on they're phone and make drinks when they want. Its a hit or miss situation
