This place has the slowest service, bad drinks, and just bad experience. Food runners had no idea where to take food, and overall I'll never go back.

The wait staff is completely incompetent. If they got their shit together, the food would be really good. I don't appreciate having a burger that sat under heat lamps for so long that the lettuce wilted and the pickles lost all juice. Will not be coming here again if I can help it.
This place sucks--even by HEB standards. I WAS a regular customer and have NEVER been so disrespected by staff of any establishment as I was today. Management/Ownership better take a hard look in the mirror and get this place's act together if it's interested in keeping the doors open through 2015. It's no wonder this place is a ghost town nearly every time I come in there. I gave 6 stars of achievement award. because everyone's of the staff are so kind and helpful most esp.of waiter Mark who served us last night..he is so kind to me when I came inside the Bar Louie n asked me, can I help you mom, the first words I heared from him and assisted me very well indeed...Thanx again to the management who hired him, courteous,honest. confident and trusthworthy employee...
