Does anybody even work here? I didn't see a employee in sight.
Worst service ever. The waiter seemed very prejudiced. He was not a happy camper. He told my mom he had other tables to wait and that's why she missed out on happy hour drinks. He asked us was we eating to which it was a surprise to him like we was just drinking all night and to top it off he asked was we eating. Hated this place

Our food was good but service was terrible. I guess why the place is always empty.

Went to lunch with my wife, waited 45 min and my wife's chicken sandwich was burnt!!! Over heard the waitress talking to another table about how slow it was and how she was not gonna make any money, and the customers commented on how that was an inappropriate conversation after she walked away. We just walked out never to return, we just went to Red Robin across the way and had an awesome lunch

Worst service and experience ever. Stale chips, chunks of crud in my husbands beer, horrible burger. We will NOT be back!
Food was great but the wait staff needs some training on how to not chat with each other at the bar and pay more attention to the patrons. We waited several minutes after being seated before our server approached our table. She was sitting at the bar chatting with other servers. For people that rely on tips for income they need to understand who is paying those tips.
Great time tonight but your night time restaurant manager is a dick when it comes to asking people to leave. We left at 2 exact btw but there still no need to act like an asshole when it comes to closing up js
