Horrible Manager! I took two bites of the "key lime" dessert and tasted no key lime so I asked for it to be taken back. Unfortunately the waitress had already ran my card as I had gotten a To-go order as well. The manager took 15 minutes to come out, aced like he didn't know why he was needed, and then when I told him there was no key lime flavor he argued that there was. Probably the worst service I EVER had ..... I was served "water" in some dirty , dirty glasses. It looked like they just grab some dirty glasses and ran them over water just for a rinse. I had things floating in my water. The food took forever! I Ordered an appetizer and didn't get any small plates to share with my friend .. We were eating off little napkins. When I finally received my entree it was DISGUSTING... It looked liked my food was sitting in the back for a long time. It was a horrible experience.
Came in today for Lunch today and sat at the bar! Tasha was my bartender. Service was awesome and the food is always good. I love the remodeled look at this location.
Dined in this past Friday (11/4). Busy night, slight wait for my order. But the chicken nachos.....on.....point.....BOOYAH!!!
Our waitress was perfect: pleasant, effervescent & attentive. The service was prompt & our barbeque ranch salads w chicken were to die for �. The ambience was ideal 4 conversation between 2 old high school buds!
Need more employees!! Takes forever to get anything
Horrible horrible service. Every single table was dirty when we walked in,it wasnt crowded at all and we still waited almost 30mins to recieve our drinks. On top of that,the drinks were bad. No liquor what so ever. When we spoke to the manager he made it seem as though it was all in our heads and said his team makes the drinks perfect.
