Awesome food, good enviornment to relax and socialize with friends.
Our waitress was good she returned frequently we got an appetizer, loaded tots and we enjoyed them the prices were reasonable.
Not happy with the manager. Very rude and he refused to turn sound on for World Series. Very disappointing
Very disappointed, the World Series started last night and there were a lot of fans watching the game and a lot of folks asked can we listen to the game instead of the music. The manager said NO!! Then why have the TV's on. So, our group of friend left and we went to another bar and they had the game on and they had the sound on too!!
The wait staff was VERY short handed, however the did hustle like crazy. My soup only contained about 5 spoonfuls of soup. It was good and I requested another for no charge. Mgmt. agreed. Our table was satisfied with the quality of their meals. We had to wait too long for our check due to shorthandedness of the staff.
We arrived right before a lunch rush and waited over an hour for our food. When we spoke to a manager, his response was, "I don't have time to apologize."
Had a great time. Would not hesitate to come back.
Seems like they are under staffed alot. Slow service if it's busy like before a hockey game
Very nice place! Wonderful service, very clean and lots of fun. I wish the calamari was better. I will definitely return!
