Went here for the second time ever today. The food was delicious, but the service was subpar. Our waitress was not interested in helping us. It was a slow lunch time and she disappeared while our food was on the warmer. It sat there for around 15 minutes, until one of the bartenders noticed and grabbed our food and got us refills. If it wasn't for the wonderful bartender who came to our rescue it would have probably been less than 3 stars.
My opinion, best happy hour in town. However, on a home playoff hockey night, they were out of so many beers. It took me 3 times to pick a beer before they had one I liked in stock....then the waitress came back and said that that one was 86'd! Horrible horrible planning for what should be a huge night for Columbus. Step your game up and do better. Rookie mistake by a veteran bar.

Service was horrible and they didn't even bring out 3 people's food that had ordered and the appetizers came out with and after we had gotten the food

We were in town from Michigan for the Arnold Classic and this visit to Bar Louie was after the Party with the Pros event. The service was outstanding! The $5 burger and fries was a nice surprise and DELICIOUS!!!! I had a Diva Martini with my meal...we had a Fabulous experience!!! Thank you!!!!

We went down on New Year's Eve. Had a hard time finding a place to have a beer and watch the Buckeye game. We went to two other bars and could not even get in because all the tables were reserved or they wanted an outrageous cover charge. These guys served us absolutely perfect and it was a blast.
