Food was good but the device was horrible.. we will never go back to this place.
Just like most of the others. It takes a long time to be acknowledged to order your drink. I will say if it wasn't half off night that would be a reason I don't return. Since it's half off night we go almost every Tuesday. We know the routine so we sit and chill and wait to be served
Love the atmosphere at Bar Louie. I have been to many, but this one was not on the same level as the others. The food was ok, but what made it not so great was the bad customer service. Our waitress was horrible!
Our server Ray was awesome! The food and the bar failed miserably!!! What they called a jerk shrimp and chicken wrap was horrendous! In no way was that even remotely close to a jerk seasoning/ marinade and the beer on tap was slightly pass room temperature... no worries, i shall not return because at those prices, there's alot better bang for your buck elsewhere!!!!

Bar Louie Charlotte University has the worst customer service. I was there tonight (2/13/2016) and I waited over thirty minutes before we walked out. Two people took our order and checked our IDs still we never got our drinks before we left. Nor did any of their staff greet us as we walked into and left the restaurant. Adding insult to injury,we left and went to Taco Mac and were served in less than 5 minutes with an expected wait time of 30 minutes. I will NOT be going back to Bar Louie's. We had dinner at Freddy's.

All the comments about service suck, its very true! Haven't gotten the food yet to review. Took 15 mins to get a beer don't know how long the burger is gonna take, smdh!
TERRIBLE service! On a game day, a play off game at that, there was only one bartender!! Took 45 minutes to get a drink and an hour to get food when they weren't even that busy. Our waitress wouldn't even come by to keep us updated, finally after flagging down another waitress, she told us the manager was in the back having a meltdown!! So unprofessional!!! We did end up with a drink on the house, that was the least they could do. Will not be returning.

Service was terrible. I sat there for 10 minutes until I was able to order a drink. Then another 30 minutes before my turkey burger came. That was actually good. My table sent food back because it was gross. This was my 3rd time here . Only came because it was a special occasion for a friend. Drinks are either watered down or juice down. I ordered a watermelon martini and got juice in a water glass..... horrible. ..
