Service from my waitress Connie, I believe that's right, was truly amazing. She made sure I was okay the whole time, told me what dishes weren't available due to the oven being down, and just was overall attentive. I had never been to the bar before and was in town visiting a friend, so it was nice.
Food quality is horrible and we ordered several items only for them to NOT have them? What restaurant you know of runs out of sugar so they don't have sweet tea?
1st time going and yes, it took a while to be acknowledged. Plus no one offered to inform me of any drink specials they may have had, I had to find out from a friend. Still debating if I'll return.
I hand a AWSOME time service was great our server was great and also the live band was great I enjoyed it ......5 � FOR ME

I have sitting here for 20 min and no body came to check on me and customer service sucks but it is a nice � place
There prices are to high, you need to cut it... drinks � where water down and the food took 39 mins for wings.
The calamari was rubbery, shrimp was few, the loaded fries were sad. The live music was not good at all. We will not be back.
So, I'm sitting here in Bar Louie's nausea after I requested a turkey burger since I don't eat beef and have not for 7 years. After taking a bite I realized it was beef and immediately got sick...straight to the restroom. The server apologized and got the order corrected and remade. Needless to say, the manager left the sandwich on the bill despite me getting immediately sick as if I could eat it. She stated that it stays on the bill because I got it to go. Lesson learned...
