Not our first time here and we typically really like it. Tonight was definitely an off night: took a while to get our first beverage order and my draft beer was warm so I asked for something else. I would have had a second beer but our server didn't come back around until after we finished eating. To top things off, they charged me for the warm beer. Disappointing night at Bar Louie.
