Horrible service. Took over an hour to get one burger.
The service is absolutely horrible...which is so sad, because it's such a nice bar...it took 15-20 mins for a server to come greet us...he apologized...great...but then when I asked for ranch for to dip my fries...it took him another 15-20 mins to bring it...by then we were finished...he apologized again...so we decided the experience overall sucked...and then went to Red Robin to get real service!!!
Amazing atmosphere except the managers do not know how to cut people off from the alcohol. I've been there 3 times and 2 out of 3 of those times someone was so drunk and decide to talk to me and my friends. I work close to this place and will never come back, because my experience was ruined by the managers. And they need to listen to the bartenders when they want to cut someone off having drunk people at your bar at 3pm is ridiculous!
Terrible experience. Went on Burger Night and while expected a little wait for food, over and hour later we still didn't have food and waiter was not helpful and didn't seem to really care. Complained before leaving and got nothing. Called manger go complain and was told well its burger night and are grill only has room for 15 burgers. Wow. Then don't offer something you can't supply.
I like to come here every time I feel the urge to be ignored and wait over a hour for a hamburger. Great 1st experience guys
WOW, Easily the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. While on the east side of town my wife and I decided to try this place for the first time. We ordered a burger and fish tacos, which should not be a huge task for the kitchen, which only had 5 tables to cook for. In the mean time I had to get up and get my own beer from the bar. After waiting 30 minutes, our cold food arrived. I asked for a manager prior to the food arrival, both the manager and the food arrived later than expected.
