There was nobody there and our food was still an hour. When it did come it was cold, there was a film over the cheeses it had been sitting so long. After deciding not to eat it it took another half hour for our waitress to reappear after flirting with other waiters....for our check. Never again
I am now sitting across the street at Hodson's enjoying my dinner because in the 10 minutes we sat in our booth at Bar Louie not a single staff member acknowledged us so we left. Hard to get worse service but no one even talking to you would do it.

Do you like hockey puck burgers? How bout 7 dollar beers? What if I told you you can have both with the shittiest service alive!! Every time I go to this place I tell myself I will never go back again , yet like a man with Alzheimer's I find myself eating a burger even Jeffery Dahmer wouldn't eat time and time again. Normally love this place but something was just off. My salad came with brown avocado and my wife's chicken pram sliders had no marinara nor any cheese. Over cooked chicken as well. We will try them again but disappointed today.

If you would have asked me to rate Bar Louie 6-9 months ago I would have given 5 stars! Since then management and staff have changed and everything has gone downhill! My husband and I used to come in twice a week with friends and lately we maybe go twice a month. Lately EVERY time we come in at least one thing gets screwed up.
