Great place for a night out! Great food and drinks too!!
We have been there 4 times since they opened and have had a great experience every time. The martinis and food were great, loved the patio, and the staff were all fantastic to us. Been to locations in Denver and kansas city and can't wait to go back!
Ya we had terrible service experience at this Bar Louie location. Thankfully we were able to turn our night around with great service somewhere else. Your management and servers need some extensive training on customer service. The place looks great and could be a great place however I will not be back until something drastic happens. Very disappointed and will not recommend to others.
Chill but classy place perfect for any occasion, really. The service and food is really a bonus. I'll probably be a regular.
Very slow service. Recived my food 45 min after my party had theirs - after 2 reminders. we ordered a round of shots - asked 4x when they were coming - then they brought out wrong shot
Poor service. Wrong drinks. Waited forever for our food & drinks.
Great atmosphere and a wonderful addition to the area! Just what is needed for Des Moines and a fun night out!
I assume the reason it took over an hour to get 2 sandwiches was so they could charge us 8 bucks a drink while we waited. Worst 80 dollar lunch I've ever had. Cold food after an hour wait to get it. Terrible service. I won't be back.
Not the best way to spend a holiday. 50 minutes for food. Iced tea.....wait, no ice. Appetizer came with the entrees. Tables around us had similar food experiences. Waitess actually rolled her eyes when table next to us asked for his beer.....for the third time. Waitress also stated it was "crazy busy" Handful of tables and at least 12 waitstaff. Overall, high hopes, then it kamikaze crashed.
