40 dollars for three drinks. They charge double price and didn't say a word . And we go there all the time but I think we r done going . Josh and other good people don't work there anymore
You guys suck. Used to love it here, great menu. Just came in tonight and it took 20 minutes to get an app and waited another 40 minutes for our sliders til we just left. We left well over enough money to cover what we ate/ drank... The waiter never cleared out dirty dishes after passing us twice, didn't ask if we wanted another drink .... You guys weren't even packed for a Friday night, now I see why. Never coming back. Ever. I'll go to Novi and give them a chance but you guys are TERRIBLE.
Worst service ever. Ever time I go there it takes them over 15+ minutes to even wait on us and even longer for our drinks to arrive. This even occurs on idle Monday's at 3pm when nobody is even in the restaurant.
This is a great place. I'll be looking for their other stores along the road travels.
Horrible service, waitresses and managers. Was a regular and will now drive to Ann arbor instead of coming here.
I came in from vegas and enjoyed coming here the food was good drinks were good great service it was really packed
I wish I would've seen the reviews before we went! I usually go to the great lakes crossing location and have only been there for lunch. I was in the area so we decided to go to the Livonia location. Poor choice. It was me, my sister and four small children. Every time the waitress came over she had an excuse, even the first time she greeted us she said she didn't see us because all her other tables are on the other side. Why did she take us then? The menu was way over priced for a bar and the quality of food that is served. First time visitor tonight and we were not even greated at the door The hostess just looked at us like we were interupting her conversation... (with noone) The only thing that was good was our server, she made it very pleasant..even tho my chicken tortilla soup had no chicken and tasted as if raw veggies were just dropped in as they served it.Have been excited to try this place but Not anymore.
