I had an endoscopy done today and I cannot say enough great things about the staff at the Baptist physicians surgery center there. My experience was worth more than 5 stars. It was my first time being at Baptist in Lexington and I am very pleased and amazed. From registration to staff helping in the hallway with directions without even asking to prepping before the procedure but especially the staff in the procedure and after. This is bullshit!!! Got here at 10-10:30am. Found out around 11:30am we weren't scheduled until 2pm 🤬🤬 Imagine your 93 year old parent with nothing to drink or eat since the night before. Then finding out nothing until 2pm!!!!

My child had dental surgery and we were not informed of several bills. The day of they told us we would have a $600 bill, then a month later they send us not only the $600 but also a $1100 bill. We already paid a $600 bill that was for dental surgery, but apparently still owe both a $600 and a $1100 bill. We are blind sided and have no idea how to deal with this. I don't recommend any facilities that blind side people in need.

Today, I had an outpatient procedure done at the Baptist Physicians’ Surgery Center. I was initially a little nervous about the anesthesia part of it. However, the anesthesia doctor was very kind and informative. He made sure to explain everything that was going to happen and explain the type of anesthesia I would be receiving. Honestly the entire team was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and professional. They have their routine down to a t. The whole process was smooth.
