RecommendedThis hospital used to get very bad reviews. I have nothing but good things to say. they are caring and take their time when caring for you. they make sure they check everything out. I've had a few issues that scared me.. they eased my mind and took so good care of me, and I'm here to say they are not gonna throw drugs at u just because they can. they make sure you have to have what is needed, so please dont go in thinking you can hu-do them . this hospital Is here to help heal and they care. Tipton set the bar! They are attentive and caring, my husband was transferred to Baptist East today from Tipton we have been at East for 4 hours no IV no Dr and the nurse came in 26mins after my husband called due to pain ! I had surgery here July 2018 and I had nothing good to say then! We are not needy or demanding people Baptist East SUCKS!
My husband was recently seen here for an out patient procedure. The nurses kept him comfortable while he waited and took great care of him. The surgeon was wonderful as well. Love that we didn’t have to drive to Memphis to get great care!
This hospital isnt big and fancy but I'll say this. The staff is wonderful. They stopped playing cards everytime I needed something last night!! 😂😂 Now, seriously, Covington hospital has been great. You can always tell when a nurse loves her job and all mine do! They wont ever see this but thank you.
The ER staff are incredible. Thank you Dr. Jeremiah Tyson for caring for my husband 2 weeks ago. Your heart shows in your care of your patients. BTW he is mending and well. Nurses and MAs are wonderful.

Outstanding staff providing excellent health care!
I had severe bronchitis while pregnant and went to the ER. The staff was really great- Dr. Nichols, Wes, Leah, and Brooke all took excellent care of me. I did end up having to be transferred to Baptist Women’s since that is where my doctor practices. However, I felt very informed and confident with the care that I received prior to leaving. Staff had a great bedside manner and they were very attentive to any needs I had. Thank you for taking care of my baby and me!
The ER doctors here are amazing. Unfortunately I am somewhat of a regular and the doctors there are extremely patient and eager to help every time. Id really like to thank the doctors and the nurses who are passionate about their jobs! They have always been great with my family.
