Horrible service. Have online live that the wait time is 35 minutes. I’ve been here over 2.5 hours and haven’t been called back. Understaffed and horrible. Lie about wait time is unacceptable. Now they updated it to 12 minutes and I’ve been here 3 hours. The lies get worse.
Our experience with the labor and delivery department of Baptist South has been a circus from the word go. From the nurse who kept ripping the taped on eye covers off our baby’s hairline, the one that put her bilirubin light pad in upside down for 6 hours, all the way to the one who gave us regular formula for a preemie who was supposed to be on high calorie formula. The staff here are great and caring people.
Went there during this pandemic and they did nothing for me! My Dr sent me there because I have been running a low grade fever with a very bad infection. No one will see me in there office and I think this infection is serious! I needed blood work done, CBC, a swab ANYTHING!! Oh, I got a pregnancy test and a 12 panel drug test! I went there because my primary is Baptist and they would have my records! They DIDN’T TREAT ME

Within the past two weeks both my parents, William and Margaret Hicks, died from Coronavirus. Thanks to all of the #HealthcareHeroes at Baptist South who cared for them in their final days. .
