My son and I have been home for a week after birth and a short stay in the NICU and I am still blown away by the care I received at Baptist South. I was in labor for a little over 2 days, and then stayed an additional 3 days for monitoring while my baby was in the NICU. I was treated by multiple nurses in this time and they were all astounding. Special thanks to Christine for getting me through a panic attack before my epidural, to Emily for being so thorough, timely, patient, and informative, and to Kailee and her partner n... read more

We had the most amazing experience for the birth of our daughter last week! Every nurse we had was so sweet, helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our doctor was incredible! We’re so grateful for each of them who delivered our baby safely and healthily.

Business response:

Congratulations! Mind if we share this, too?

Please educate your staff on the one visitor a day policy. It is frustrating to drive 2 hours round trip to not see your loved one. It would be so simple to mention that policy when being admitted to the room. We asked what time visiting hours are and technically got the answer we asked for. It would have been nice to know the restrictions though.

We were discharged September 13th and we had the most pleasant experience at Baptist South 💝 The Doctors, Nurses and all staff were nice and very helpful. They kept the room clean and sanitized throughout the day. They had a decent menu of a variety of food for room service. They informed me on everything they were doing or going to do with me or my daughter. The room size felt like you were in a suite versus the hospital. Baptist South had changed there rules this past Monday... so, I was able to have 2 support people in t... read more

I had surgery yesterday and from the time I stepped in the hospital until the time I was discharged, I was treated amazing. The lady that took my temperature at the front was professional and kind. My nurse, Tabitha was amazing. Literally everyone was wonderful. It was a great experience.

Garbage. The er staff has the compassion of a wild jackal, and the understanding of a two year old. They let critical patients sit in wheelchairs for 45 minutes. They contradict themselves regarding visiting policies.

This place sucks! Dad was discharged worse than when he went in after 4 night stay in room 410! Stay far away from this negligent care place. Never had a shower, clothes barely put on, shoes not on correctly when he was discharged. Dad has some dementia, staff was told this but no one ever called to confirm anything. Someone needed to be an advocate for my dad, but due to COVID claimed no one can come see him. If myself or mom could have been there perhaps things would of turned out different, at least he would of had a voic... read more
