Absolutely the worst hospital to be admitted to. You would think a hospital is a place that would keep you comfortable and allow you to rest and get well....not Baptist! The staff here obviously all need to be trained in bedside manner. If you see that a patient is sleeping why in the world would you enter the room and say loudly “ I’m here to fill up your ice!!! “?!? I was very impressed with how it’s ran. Was there when it first opened and never wanted to go back. Recently we had to back and was I ever surprised at the difference. My hospital of choice now.
The attention to details is reassuring. Your needs are addressed in a timely fashion. Call lights are answered promptly. Staff works well together. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate them a 10!!!

I wish I could say this hospital and these nurses are trustworthy. Unfortunately an incident occurred while my mom was inpatient for a surgery there last week. These “amazing” nurses didn’t realize my confused and disoriented mother had left her room and wandered to another floor. Security found My mother and left awful bruises and open wounds on her arms.
