I had the opportunity to visit Beach Baptist Hospital for outpatient bloodwork. The check-in process at the volunteer desk was pleasant, and I experienced only a brief wait before my name was called for service. Once again, the staff provided a commendable experience. Upon arriving at the Lab Department, I submitted my paperwork and was promptly called in for my procedure. The lab technician was both courteous and professional, ensuring everything went smoothly. Very friendly and competent. I am a VERY hard stick and the lady who drew my blood got me with the first stick, no moving the needle around and no pain!

After doing all the paper work for a blood port and ensuring all blood work was done , I get there and was told more blood work was needed!!!??? Thus making me late for appointment!! One hour after appointment time I go and ask the girl at the desk wheats up! She said oh sorry I’ll put it in now!! What??? Worst hospital ever !!! Never again!!
