I was pleasantly surprised by this hospital when I came in for outpatient surgery. It was very clean, the nurses were pleasant and with me every step of the way. Everyone I encountered was professional and caring. I have not received this level of service anywhere else prior in the area.
It's sad how 1 person can change the trajectory of a person's life. Darrell in Physical Therapy on the 5th floor should not be in the business of helping others recover. He is lazy and does not give fair evaluations. The hospital staff in ICU however-is hands down the best and saved my Mom's life.
