Baptist has grown and grown but is still a friendly environment.
Trying to get a record, something simple as if I had the TDap administered after giving birth to 2 children there became an IMPOSSIBLE mission. I stepped on a nail and need this information. Nobody picks up the phone! all machines no person to talk to. Medical records (HIN) leave a message. Support line to try to log in and access by myself does not work, mailbox is full, sent an email, this is a time sensitive issue. Called maternity I have been on hold for 10 minutes now. Our daughter has been in Baptist Hospital of Miami twice recently. We have had a great experience both times. She has had excellent care and everyone has been very kind and courteous. A special thank you to Dr. Joe McCain and staff. They are the best!!!!
