Horrible experience here doctor never showed up to even speak to the patient. When asked after 3 hours of waiting, was told he left and a poor nurse had to show face and say all the test were okay and nothing was prescribed for the initial reason for coming in.

RecommendedNelson, Angie, and Dr Diaz were phenomenal. They made us feel comfortable and cared for. When you’re having one of your worst days, it’s good to have people in your corner and these folks most certainly are. By far the best experience I’ve had in urgent care in Florida.
im here because is 5-10 minutes from my house. but to come here and see a drop of blood in the step of waiting room and see the date on the board the date from a day before is CRAZY and unsanitary. yes is just a drop but who wants to be around someone's blood. 👎

RecommendedWent to Mariners Baptist in Tavineer Florida on Sunday through the emergency room with my granddaughter that had pain in her right side and as soon the doctor saw her he said she has appendicitis and will need to be transferred to Baptist Children in west Kendall Florida. She had her surgery Monday and left home today. And from the doctor to the nurse everyone was like family member and healthcare professionals. Thanks for everything
