Would make this 0 if could. Absolute nightmare. RN treating elderly woman with sarcasm and not answering questions as to injections or medications administration. Doctor with poor English ignored me to speak to son or nephew. I often pray I will never be forced to go back there. Walk, hitch a ride, call an Uber if have you handbag (I didn't) and go to another hospital if need be or home as I wanted to.
Great ER staff. Clean room. I had to wait a little bit. I was not needing to be seen as quickly as the man having a heart attack and the car wreck that left several injured. I had a sweet red headed nurse who took great care of me. Thank you Ms. Shelbi.
My pregnant godmother who’s in labor they refused to dilate her and see how many centimeters she is along instead the centimeters her home while she is having contractions
WORST hospital I’ve ever been to! Literally having a ASTHMA attack an I’ve been sitting for 2 hours! Staff does not have any urgency for patients.
