I thank God for the staff on the NICU unit. My family experience with everyone has been great. This is a very difficult time for us and you all are doing everything to make this experience as comfortable as possible. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was at the ER at this location tonight. It was because of some unnecessarily rude nurse named Vicki who was just awful. I use Baptist as my primary care and had to stay in the hospital at Baptist South, all have been pleasant experiences. This situation was bad enough that it makes me strongly consider changing all of the medical care I’ve established in Jacksonville. This rude person I encountered is totally awful and gives a poor representation of the company.
We love the cardiology department. Excellent care and friendly staff in the heart hospital especially Sam the CNA!!!
To the care staff on Weaver Tower 6th floor, I can not say enough how grateful I am that God put you in my path this past week! All of “My Nurses and CNAs” Andre, Lori, Rachel Kathy (my favorite Aussie) Katy all of my CNA ladies that showered so much love and compassion on me the last 8 days. Your new parking sucks!!!!!! It takes far longer to park now and the garage not being connected is a hassle.
They suck....every visit is worse than the last one! The new Shands. If you can make it to Baptist South go there.
A big thank you to the nurses on the 10th floor Neuro ICU and the 7th floor MD Anderson Cancer Treatment. I was a patient on both floors October 25 through November 5, 2017. Especially, Becky on the 7th floor. She went above and beyond the call of duty in caring for me. I had brain surgery to remove a grapefruit size meningiomia from by frontal lobe area.
