Complete shysters, we hired them through fha to install a complete new system for us. Ducts heat,air. We have had nothing but one problem after another with this company. They refuse to stand by there products or services. Took us for a 3 year maintenance agreement. Sold us a damaged furnace and hid the repair. Unit was leaking carbon monoxide into our home and we find out the heat exchanger was broken and repaired with our knowledge. Baptist heating and air.. well 7/9 I called them to come out because my ac unit was acting up and I thought they were a decent company because I bought a furnace from them so, I trusted them.. this guy name Ron comes out and starts out at checking the wires.. he does a bunch of tests and starts cutting the wires.. now my fan is being bypast so I can't use that, then he cuts power to the heating unit.. this is all because even doing a leak test on the ac unit out side.. so after untying the wires and running into dead ends I ... read more

Kyle, When our service technician came out, he was told that the problem at your home was that the furnace was running at the same time as the air conditioner. On inspection he found that there was a short in your thermostat wiring going from your furnace to your thermostat. He let you know that you would need to have a new thermostat wire ran from the furnace to the thermostat.
