Nurses were the doctors there when it was time for the doctor to come in he just opend the door stood there and talked didn’t even come in the room didn’t ask how I was feeling as if he really didn’t care about it he just wanted to get goin I got news for them I’m human to I shouldn’t be treated like I’m some scum. I will be contacting news and I’m sure they will listen to me

RecommendedJust had surgery there yesterday and outside of a small delay in surgery (things out of the doctor’s control) it was a much better then expected experience. From check in to check out (don’t remember a whole lot 😂) every single staff member was kind and bent over backwards to help me and explained everything to my wife and I as to what we can expect. Horrible service. Have online live that the wait time is 35 minutes. I’ve been here over 2.5 hours and haven’t been called back. Understaffed and horrible. Lie about wait time is unacceptable. Now they updated it to 12 minutes and I’ve been here 3 hours. The lies get worse.
