Our experience with the labor and delivery department of Baptist South has been a circus from the word go. From the nurse who kept ripping the taped on eye covers off our baby’s hairline, the one that put her bilirubin light pad in upside down for 6 hours, all the way to the one who gave us regular formula for a preemie who was supposed to be on high calorie formula. RecommendedI was terrified to have surgery. Everyone here was fantastic and made me feel at ease. I hope you never need a hospital, but if you do, they are highly recommended!!!

I have not personally been here but I have dealt with one of the workers and she made it publicly known that she will let someone die and refuse to help them because of his personal review and opinion on a subject. anyone with that mindset does not deserve to work in a hospital and with others when it's their job to help others no matter their opinions and review on a subject. I also have proof to show she said this. I wish love to be able to speak to boss or someone higher about this. Thank you and have a great day

Went there during this pandemic and they did nothing for me! My Dr sent me there because I have been running a low grade fever with a very bad infection. No one will see me in there office and I think this infection is serious! I needed blood work done, CBC, a swab ANYTHING!! Oh, I got a pregnancy test and a 12 panel drug test! I went there because my primary is Baptist and they would have my records! They DIDN’T TREAT ME
