$200 for one hour in the waiting room and 25 minutes in the exam room, for a 5 minute diagnosis. Filed a patient complaint for the exorbitant charge and it took 3 months for them to say there was nothing they could do to help with the charge.

The absolute worst with time management. Myself and 2 others in the waiting room. I was called back within 20 minutes but wait TWO WHOLE HOURS to see a doctor. Walked out. Went to Berea, was in and out in 30 min
Don’t come here unless you’ve got 3-4 hours to spare just waiting. They take you back pretty quickly but you’re stuck waiting for hours in the room before they come examine you.
I go to the urgent care on Charlestown Rd when I am unable to see my GP. I always hope for Dr. Kaserini because she knows my history, is thorough and very kind. She also doesn’t prescribe meds if not necessary. If I get a script from her I know it’s because I really need it. She always asks about my life and checks if everything is going ok. I think she is a wonderful Dr. and a great asset to our community. Dr. K you rock!

After a slow start I was well pleased with the courteousness, professionalism, and care afforded by Dr Byers and staff!
