I didn't know if I was talking to one of the office staff or the janitor. Dress, speech and body language my guess is the janitor's ex-con helper. Thanks but no thanks!
Do not waste your time. Go somewhere else!!! The most USELESS waste of space. This sure would be a good place for an urgent care facility. The entire staff is lazy, useless, and apathetic. THREE attempts over the span of 2 years to get decent care at this facility, and we are DONE!

I’ve never even been here but the fact that one of their employees had the nerve to jump THREE LANES OF TRAFFIC and pass cars on the SHOULDER of the freeway is more than enough to tell me that I never want to go there. Y’all stay far away from this truck. This guy is dangerous.

This place has the most uneducated staff...I got a letter in the mail that Angela sent out and all she did was LIE through the entire letter...As if I am going to walk in and threaten violence and all I can do is laugh at her, I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL FOR ANYONE SHE IS LIAR AND RACIST AS I AM WHITE AND SHE IS BLACK, SHE HAS BEEN RUDE, SHORT AND IRRATING ANY TIME I HAVE SPOKEN TO HER...NOW PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS ROTATING WALK IN CLINIC YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE SAME PEOPLE TWICE!! Recommendedgreat location although the receptionist is VERY rude
They’ll tell you Walgreens usually doesn’t get their faxed prescriptions, and they give you a paper one in case. And then Walgreens will tell your that they get people everyday who are trying to pick up a prescription filled from BHUC... and it was never sent over. As Charles Barkley would say... “turrible.”

Great alternative to PCP office; improvement required in being certain process failures be corrected: if your fax indicates failure to transmit RX, please do not let your Pt go on a wild goose chase. Pt experience does not end with payment. Thanks.
