Called into work. Got to the doctor at 11:30 3 people seen before me that came in after me. After waiting an hour i asked the lady how much longer and her response was I’m sorry sweetie i didn’t check you in. After that i waited 10 more minutes and finally got taken back and then i waited another 30 minutes. Absolutely insane. No one should have to spend 3 hours at the urgent care. Also the rooms were super cold so bundle up!!!
Even though the wait was lengthy. We received excellent care and customer service from the front desk on! Our provider Susie P was excellent. She was thorough and knowledgeable while being incredibly personable and caring. It was reassuring and refreshing to receive great healthcare today! Keep up the good work Baptist Health Urgent Care!! Incredibly AWFULLY rude people working reception. Getting a job in healthcare should be to be helpful and not hateful! Do better! Unfortunately to the sick people that may go there, I warn you to please watch out, guard your mind, and be safe! Better yet go to a different damn urgent care!!!
Have always had a positive experience at this location, but I really want to highlight an incredible staff member there: Stephanie. She is an amazing support to patients. Twice she has helped me with an urgent matter, and I am so grateful to her.
If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in to get treated and said hello and was immediately met with the receptionist barking “PHONE NUMBER”!!! Is this the grocery store? You need my alternate ID before me can proceed…? No…This is healthcare… a delicate, personal situation that should be met with even a sliver of empathy even by the receptionist.
