Incredibly AWFULLY rude people working reception. Getting a job in healthcare should be to be helpful and not hateful! Do better! Unfortunately to the sick people that may go there, I warn you to please watch out, guard your mind, and be safe! Better yet go to a different damn urgent care!!!
Have always had a positive experience at this location, but I really want to highlight an incredible staff member there: Stephanie. She is an amazing support to patients. Twice she has helped me with an urgent matter, and I am so grateful to her.
If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in to get treated and said hello and was immediately met with the receptionist barking “PHONE NUMBER”!!! Is this the grocery store? You need my alternate ID before me can proceed…? No…This is healthcare… a delicate, personal situation that should be met with even a sliver of empathy even by the receptionist. I have never been to a better urgent care than this one. Everyone was very welcoming, I was seen quickly! They gave me a hand written thank you card signed by everyone working for being there. I will never go anywhere else they were amazing!
