Very friendly and clean staff, got me in and out quick. Listened and answered all my questions.

Went here for a sore throat and felt well taken care of and listened to. Doctor and nurse ran extra tests I requested. I was a walk in and it only look like 45 minutes.
Called into work. Got to the doctor at 11:30 3 people seen before me that came in after me. After waiting an hour i asked the lady how much longer and her response was I’m sorry sweetie i didn’t check you in. After that i waited 10 more minutes and finally got taken back and then i waited another 30 minutes. Absolutely insane. No one should have to spend 3 hours at the urgent care. Also the rooms were super cold so bundle up!!!
Even though the wait was lengthy. We received excellent care and customer service from the front desk on! Our provider Susie P was excellent. She was thorough and knowledgeable while being incredibly personable and caring. It was reassuring and refreshing to receive great healthcare today! Keep up the good work Baptist Health Urgent Care!!
