SLOW service. I had already been waiting 20minutes for a prescription that should’ve been ready already, I was the only person at the counter. Cashier/pharmacist Trevor informed me he was “finishing up” my prescription when he decides to help the person in line BEHIND me (who has not been waiting 20 minutes) before finishing up my prescription.
Unable to get through to speak to a pharmacy staff. No other way to contact the pharmacy. Very frustrating!!
Prescriptions are always ready never had to wait. Great staff always helpful.
Pharmacy called me to let me know they no longer had of my BP med. They can't get it anymore. They said "Call Another Pharmacy." I guess that means take my BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. So ...I Did.
Awesome and quick. No automated phone system, they actually answer the phone when I called. Ready to serve and answer questions. Preferred for Tenet so cheaper than CVS Caremark.
