Professional, Kind. and Caring Staff! The ED staff is top notch!
The staff was really nice but the only test they did on me was a blood test. They said I had an infection but I have had it before and I wasn't in this much pain. I tried to tell them that something else was wrong but they were trying to get me out of there so fast as soon as I told them I didn't have insurance. All these hospitals want is a pay check and don't care about the patients. This is the forth hospital I have been to in the past 3 months and no one can find out what's wrong with me. Great new facility. It should be a real asset to the community. I am glad to know that if I wreck on I65 I don't have an hour ride to Birmingham or Montgomery.

I fall and hurt my back and they did no X rays only touched me is that what you so call doctors learned in school????? I hate Shelby Baptist but it's a lot better than y'all I'll take business elsewhere!!!!!

We thought my 2 year old had swallowed a hearing aid battery.it took them 41/2 hrs for them to see him. Sorry but if ther was one in him I would own that place. Yall need more than one dang dr ther. I thought it was suppose to be a better hospital. Well IT SUCKS and I want b bac ther.this is ridiculous. That's wat an Er is for to go there for an emergency by the time yall get to em they will b dead.

Seemed like they cared about the patient. I brought a frend in with an ill regular heart beat. They scheduled more test and seemed like they were genuinely concerned.
This place is a joke. The wait times are beyond ridiculous. My husband has been waiting for almost 3 hours with an open flesh wound that needs stitches. And they have yet to give him anything for pain.
