Please do not say “can u hold pls” and don’t wait for an answer, u never know if the person waiting just had a seizure and really needs to talk to a nurse bc they are panicking (like me) The doctors seem great tho

Not sure if I can even review this because they haven't seen me yet. Scheduled an appointment in July to be seen in September (earliest they could see me) for a specialist. A week before the appointment, I get a call saying the doctor has to do hospital rounds at the time of my appointment and they need to reschedule a month out. Dr. Hassan Zeb is a very knowledgeable, caring physician who took the time to explain my diagnosis and my treatment plan in a manner easily understood. I felt heard and was reassured by his willingness to answer any questions I had.
