The therapists working and has worked with me are amazing!! They enjoy their role and are great professionals. They continue to encourage use of required equipments at home to ensure full rehabilitation. Great mentors to students. Front desk staff and other assistants very helpful. Baptist outpatient rehab is exceptional. Home away from home!!
I am finding little or no service with Baptist Health. I am having a few issues and trying to manage them. When I try to schedule appointments through their system it tells me I need to call. When I call it is a central scheduling person who says I will forward you to the front desk of the provider I am trying to g to reach. Then I sis on hold for ever and no one picks up. In the past few days I had the “pleasure” to visit the Baptist three times. First two times in homestead the other one on Kendal drive. I came in for an emergency! That’s why I went to the ER and not in the waiting room of a doctor. I spent so many hours in the ER without no reasons. Today I’m still at the hospital. Came in at 11 am. They only did one blood test around 12 pm. After that I’ve been just waiting and waiting for one simple medication. It is now 8 pm and nothing. No nurse know anything!!!
