During my recent visit, I had the most professional and caring nurse, with the best attitude and concern for my comfort. I always give credit where credit is due , good or bad. My Rn that prepped me for my procedure was Janny Mendoza, RN. This is one of the finest nurses that I have ever had, very personable, compassionate, knowledgeable and patient with our questions, and a great personality. LOOK FOR THIS ONE!!!!! Scheduling an appointment with a Cardiologist is close to impossible (I have been trying for over a week, every day of the week). According to the schedulers, once you see a doctor, you have to keep seeing that doctor for the rest of your treatment (you are stuck), unless another doctor is willing to accept you as a patient. It can be concluded, that Baptist does not believe in second choices or opinions, or in providing timely medical care. Dr. Pascual is the best electrophysiologist and cardiologist I could have asked for. His medical expertise is exceptional, and his compassion and humanity truly set him apart.
