Scheduling an appointment with a Cardiologist is close to impossible (I have been trying for over a week, every day of the week). According to the schedulers, once you see a doctor, you have to keep seeing that doctor for the rest of your treatment (you are stuck), unless another doctor is willing to accept you as a patient. Dr. Pascual is the best electrophysiologist and cardiologist I could have asked for. His medical expertise is exceptional, and his compassion and humanity truly set him apart. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel safe and confident in his care. This morning I had a minor procedure at Miami Cardiac and Vascular/Surgery Center, and I want to share how impressed I was with the entire experience. Everyone I encountered showed not only professionalism but also genuine hospitality. I kept noticing the pineapple logo everywhere and now I understand why—it truly symbolizes the welcoming spirit of your team. Procedure and patient care is outstanding, but their accounting needs improvement. They constantly overcharge the patient's insurance copayments so keep very close watch.
