I would not recommend Baptist Springhill Medical Center. My mother trusted our healt physician assigned to this hospital provide excellent quality healthcare. She was admitted to the ER by ambulance two times in one day. Both Physicians on duty denied my mother the medical attention required, when they both failed to properly evaluated her inflammatory bilateral knee pain, she was misdiagnose with arthritis, discharge within hours. I went to the ER last night and waited 4.5 hours in the waiting room. The triage was done in less than an hour. Unfortunately they did not seem to take my pain or discomfort seriously. The gentleman working seemed very dismissive of me like he didnt care or believe that i was in that much pain. I had been throwing up and had diarrhea for 3 days already. My mother was admitted and Discharge two times in one Day. Grey lied about running blood work. The ER killed my mother.

I was was admitted to NR 3A MED/SURG after an abdominal surgery 4/6/21. I was on that floor 4/6/21 thru 4/9/21 and this was a very disheartening experience. 1st off the whole time I was there I never showered, washed my face 9r brushed my teeth. No one every offered to assist me and I asked 4 different times If the shower/bathroom could be cleaned so I could shower. Twice I was told "I'll see what I can do" and twice I was told "we don't have disinfectant all we have is air freshner" 😢 I had 2 different nurses tell me t... read more

Mother in ICU. FIrst day the nurse was great. Second day , and the staff never helped her with a clean dry bed, clean gown , promised her clean underwear, unhooked her from the machine so she could use the bathroom, and promised to move her to a new room, and never came in to check on her once in 5 hours. Terrible nurses. The cleaning staff was way more attentive and helpful.
