Learn the new computer system. And hire qualified help. Listen to what the patient is actually saying etc. And actually address the health needs that the patient aquired a doctor's office for.
Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from my unexpected ER visit early Tuesday morning to the unexpected surgery that followed.....every single person that was caring for me (nurses, drs., pathology, CT tech, ultrasound tech, etc.) was beyond kind and caring. I can’t say enough about everyone. I wish I knew everyone’s names because you all made me feel comfortable when I was in so much pain. Even after leaving, the followup calls and such went above and beyond my expectations. I wish I could personally go back and thank each one of you.

RecommendedWe arrived at 7:30 this morning for an MRI appointment for my 12 year old daughter. There was a mix up with the schedule and when we got there, she wasn’t on the schedule. She was on the schedule in North Little Rock. We could have never made it there in time. These 2 ladies went above and beyond to get her on the schedule this morning. Of course that includes dealing with insurance. I am SO thankful they didn’t just blow us off and make us reschedule! I can guarantee I won't come back to this hospital by choice. How do you put someone with shoulder and back pain in a room with no bed? Nothing but a chair that he can't sit in because it makes the pain worse. Then give him pain medicine that affects his ability to stand. The lack of concern from the charge nurse made it even worse.
