Kayla in CVICU is the best most caring nurse I have ever seen. You have a precious jewel and I want you to know it. She has done everything she can think of to help my friend with his excruciating pain after his open heart surgery. She is awesome.

Absoutetly horrible care except our two nurses!!! We were transferred to big baptist to be put in icu.. we ended up being taken to the er for all the same tests to be ran. We never went to icu we were put on oncology floor and couldnt get an explanation. The md came up with the same diagnosis without ever laying eyes on his patient. High fall risk and the aids NEVEr made rounds on him. His diagnosis meant his muscles were breaking down causing horrible pain which they treated with 2 pain pills every 4 hours then discharged h... read more
At the doctors office, they said my mother's blood pressure was over 200 and she needed to go to the hospital. She had fell down and hurt her ribs and also needed an X-ray. Arrived there around 2:00 and at 6:10 we left. Never made it out of the waiting room. Never saw anyone except the young lady that took 6 tubes of blood and had to try twice to get them. It was a terrible experience. You should not go there for emergencies. Then went to the heart hospital. So much better. We will not be using Baptist again.
I had to go into the ER late last night (Thursday around 1 am or so) and they were so fast about getting me and out.. Turned out I only had an asthma flare with a bit of a cold, but they were so professional about. :-)
They where the nicest staff and most caring and also knew how to make us laugh and put smile on ours faces in a hard time thank you for taking care for the patient and spouse that was there physically and emotionally yall where the best
Awesome facility, & staff !!!!!! I've had 2 surgeries here, & they were absolutely wonderful. Thanks to the medical team & for the care, & kindness that is shown in a loving manner.
Dr.Chandler is the best and my nurses after surgery were absolutely awesome. Thanks for the care.
