The nurses on the 4th floor rm 428 RN (candice) are awesome they never let me go one moment without being in pain they were always right there to give me my pain meds
I'm being very generous giving this place one star. I took my brother to the ER at 2:30 in the afternoon.. he was very sick obviously or we wouldn't be in the emergency room. They didn't see him until about 9:00... he still didn't get any kind of meds until 10:00!!! This is the worst I have ever seen.... I will say they were busy but this is unacceptable... what would they do in some kind of disaster situation ?!?!?!?! I will never go to this place again!!!!
My 94 year old mother was admitted with a major stroke. We couldn't have asked for more compassionate caring people taking care of her and we are great full.

I love all the Staff that were in my adventure of total hip replacement... From my surgeon Dr. Yocum... And the amazing nurses to house keeping... it was Top notch Service!� Physical Therapy was my favorite part!! Thank you Nell, Butch, Chad and James...i will miss all of you and i love you all so much for your beautiful Care for me!! God bless Baptist Health Medical Center!! I will always choose this place for all my and my family's medical needs��!! Amen!�
