Absolutely terrible. They'll let you lay on your own soiled mattress, they wont help dress or undress or get you comfortable after they pump you full of medications you dont need..They go against your requests when it comes to medications and are incredibly rude when you request anything at all. There are too many negative things to say about this hospital. 0/10 would recommend.
Went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and the staff treated me like I was their daughter � would recommend this hospital to anyone !

I had vitrectomy eye surgery at the eye center on Monday. This place was awesome. The intake staff was friendly. The nurses that I had were great. My nurse who got me ready for surgery was a sweetheart. She took great care of me. I can't remember her name. My surgery nurse was was a sweetheart also. My doctor John King was amazing along with his surgery staff. I can't leave out the nurse who took care of me in recovery she was great. Worst hospital stay ever. Very poor communication. They didn't want to tell me anything that was going on with me. I was there 6 days and my room was cleaned once. Took forever to get pain meds. One day I was set to have surgery and didn't have it , food tasted horrible. Nurses barley checked on me. I used to love working there, but I will NEVER go back to be see. Lights in my room barley worked , my Aide was suppose to get me towels and toothpaste , didn't see him again. Absolute worst hospital ever. Doctors didn't tell me ... read more
The medical personnel were very friendly, courteous and highly skilled.
Everyone involved was great. They took great care of my son and made a bad situation much better...
The staff at Baptist Outpatient Surgery were absolutely wonderful! My 6 year-old had to have surgery and I couldn't have asked for better care! They helped ease this Mom's fears with their genuine care and compassion!
