Have always used Springhill for my hospital or emergency room visits. I have even had the ambulance divert me there which is further from my house. Because I felt that it was a better hospital than the other one closer to my house. But after my emergency room visit Friday night. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN.The doctor in the emergency room was rude and had the worst bedside manners I have ever seen. And I will be calling the human resource office Monday morning.
Been sick a whole damn week and have tried everything. So now I'm at my doctors office.
RecommendedBeen to three separate facilities in central Arkansas for outpatient surgeries in the last 2 years and Baptist Health Med Center in Conway was absolutely the best..nursing staff was awesome and even received a "Get well soon" note by mail from all the nurses that helped that day.. great facility and staff.. would highly recommend to anyone!
RecommendedVery friendly staff! Kevin is amazing! He is very thorough. He takes his time, listens, and if he even gets a hint that something could be wrong, he checks it out completely! Kevin's nurse is super sweet. When I go in, I feel like I'm visiting family.
Recently had a wonderful tour of the hospital and met some genuinely caring nurses and staff, really excited about Bapist Health taking over November 1!

RecommendedWe had to take our little boy in yesterday because he busted his eyebrow open. From the minute we walked in that door we were treated so well! The staff kept us up to date, got us in quickly and got us a room. Each person that had to handle my child was so caring and talked to him on such a level that made him feel so comfortable.
