I was at Baptist Health ER on 2/11/26. The care was outstanding! Dr. Steele took the time to listen to what I was saying. The nurses (except for one) were all kind and compassionate. I was assigned a case manager, Cheryl who was wonderful. Radiology was great. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. This hospital really knows how to treat patients. My son and his girlfriend were having a baby. My son went to the hospital excited to see his first born delivered. The controling mother of his girlfriend made up several accusations about him and had security kick him out and they were extremely rude about it even though my son didn't cause any issues. So now my son is heartbroken over it. They do not care about the damage that they cause to a person's life.

Scheduled an induction for this morning so my husband wouldn't miss the birth of his first child before a work trip to Cali. Was informed when we arrived at 5 a.m. today that they would not admit us if we had our 13 YO with us. They said he couldn't wait in the labor and delivery lobby, in our room, or any other place in the hospital unless my husband stayed with him the whole time, effectually missing the birth and leaving me to labor alone because having my son there is "a safety issue."
