We were the first ones in the ER. The room was completely empty. I'm sitting here writing this review still waiting for my son to be seen. He has a bad open gash on his head. It's been about an hour and a half now and still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous.
The staff at Baptist Health are the nicest kindest people I have ever met. They take such great care of you and,always have a smile and encouraging words.
I spent 6 hours in the Er. Today they were with out doubt the most professional ,staff I have seen . They were fun kelp me amused so that the day went by quick first time in my life I think I actually liked being the er. They did ct scan X-ray total. Exam to find out what was wrong
