CBC GROUP Advertised operating hours from 7:30 am to 5;30 am. However, if you call anytime during those hours, all you get is a voicemail. I am terribly upset that i received a HATE LETTER From CBC Advisng that if i miss another appointment that i would be dropped from the Practice. If CBC would have someone on the Phones at 7:30 then they would not have to send HATE LETTERS. A 24 hour notice is not always possible. My son fell and we were concerned he broke his ankle. We went to the ER and our care was amazing! Dr. Skaggs and the nurses were compassionate and thorough. Highly recommend!
I was taken there almost 2 years ago I had been puking on and off for a few weeks thought I just had the flu real bad turns out I add a blood infection that causes you to become Septic. if it was not for Baptist health in lagrange I would have died. they ran 30 bags of antibiotics. I really wish I could Remember all the nurse that I had but I apologize I can . I wish I could give you a name of the nurse but I can't because they were all very wonderful.
I broke my ankle on the 26th, the emergency room staff were amazing!! I had surgery on the 31st and my nurses before and after surgery were amazing!! Dr Jacobs is the best!! & all of his nurses in his office are amazing too!! I had a wonderful experience and I’m glad I chose them to go to!
