Well it's 2am and I have been crying/ screaming in pain thanks to Karen Baldwall ARNP (Which by the way I'm reporting) she is works for Dr. Moises Lustgarten. In order for me to have pain meds they need permission from them and since she's the physician on call she simply said no! That is inhumane and now I'm going to spend the rest of the night in pain over something that her and her partner did which is a nerve block at Baptist Hospital of Miami This is completely unacceptable and unnecessary suffering. UM Hospital and Baptist Hospital had man name edgar who they would shower with access to drugs, sex, and human blood. He tried to pull a fast one on me by doing black magic with my blood after meeting me at Manuel Gonzalez MD office. BE CAREFUL!
