So much for help the community !! I went to the Baptist tent for a free COvid TEST and then Baptist sent to me a bill of &1817. 00. This is unacceptable !!!! I can't believe this is the organization that says they care about their community during this pandemic. Was JUST a COVID 19 screening on a tent !

Scheduling for imaging, you need employees that practice customer service etiquette. Corona Virus is now the new excuse to under performed; even thought they are just appointment setters; not life saving staff at hospital; they have the right to be short, upset and that is understandable and I can let it slide. I will not be bullied by a 20 yo who thinks I owe her something as if she is doing me a favor. I am paying for this service a considerable amount of respect. I'm stressed out too and I don't mistreat people.

My daughter was sick... She was terrified to go to the hospital because of COVID-19. The nurses and doctor made her feel better (on both ends)... I appreciate everyone that helped her and bless you guys... You do the possible when its impossible... Thank you

Not allowing nurses to wear PPE even if they are willing to bring their own. When we are sick and Intubated who will care for patients? No one! Then they’ll be begging for staff nurses! Allow nurses to wear masks if they bring from home. Allow them to care for patients safely! CDC says groups less than 10? Well how many staff -and patients are in each floor?? At least 30. Baptist hospital stop the abuse with your staff and nurses. Allow them to protect themselves. I will never go back as a patient unless they fix this abuse!... read more
