I am writing to you from the waiting room as I am in total shock with the lack of professionalism, organization, friendliness and competence from the staff at the Emergency Room. I want to start by saying that the BAPTIST in Kendall is a disgrace to the health industry and is everything that is wrong with it. Please remember you are working with people not things. Getting to the ER and back to a room went quickly, seem to to take awhile to get to the food. Nurses and techs have all been great
