Staff is amazing - excellent care, friendly, all around great experience.
9 hrs waiting in the ER a lady waited 7 hrs while having chest pain don't you think chest paint she be priority no they rather take in someone who has a hernia over someone who have served chest pain. Mean while am puking blood and this lady has the ordasity to tell me if I keep yelling from pain she would push me down the list which she did. Then one of her family member came in and pass them before me when I got in I made a big deal.about it because I waited 9 hrs for help while this lady only had high pressure wtf
Our experience these past 11 days has been very good. Nurses, aides, doctors, everyone has been so caring. Thank you
Very long wait in emergency for room. Once admitted nursing staff seem overworked. Had to hire private nurse to keep patient cleaned and dry. Night staff stole unopened boxes of candy and other items
Last time I was here, I waited 9 hours to be seen because they didn't have any rooms. Now, 4 months later, the same thing. Waited 6 hours to have someone help me. Horrible experience, I will check into another hospital if I have to.
Miami Cancer Institute the ONLY HUGE PROBLEM I HAD EXPERIENCED IN ALL MY QUIMOTERAPIES ARE THE HOURS AND HOURS THAT THEY TAKE TO BRING ONE MEDICATION TO HAVE THE QUIMO DONE IT TAKED AROUND 5 HOURS JUST TO WAIT FOR ONE SMALL MEDICATION LIKE THE ONE I TAKE. Osmara
