I had an appointment today as a new patient after waiting months to see Dr. Tasha Garrett. I got there early because I don’t like being later but about 30 minutes after my appointment time I went to the desk to see how much longer it would be before I’m called .I was told it won’t be long. It takes FOREVER to get an appointment and the “doctors” that see you haven’t graduated school yet smh they are very new to the medical field. I was told I couldn’t switch doctors until my “doctor” graduated. The “doctor” they gave me was awful. She was always focusing on everything EXCEPT why I was there. The good thing is you basically can tell them what you want and get a referral to an actual specialist but don’t expect them to know how to treat your issues.
My first experience in October was bad. Appointment was at 10 and didn’t leave until 12:38. So now I’m at the follow up appointment which was scheduled at 3:40 and didn’t get called back until 4:27.
Dr.Tasha Garrett keeps changing my appointment stating it was schedule in error. be so for real. this place is so unprofessional and then ask will I like to come in May. No, i don't I would like for them to get some professional doctors.
